We here at The Sunday Break Down are always trying to figure out new ways to bring you the most value possible and help you move forward in your PUA journey. We started by bringing you theme weeks in addition to standard Q & A weeks, and now we are bringing you another new innovation in "Hello my Name is," weeks. During Hello weeks one of the standard co-hosts will bow out in favor of a purple belt or above guest co-hosting. We will start by asking the guest co-host a few questions about their PUA journey and then open it up to Q & A. We feel that this will be a great way for everyone to get to know each others’ stories and strength zones better. Hello nights will be sprinkled in to normal Q & A weeks and theme weeks as we see fit.

DJ has work commitments tonight so tonight I will be joined by a special guest co-host for the first official Hello night! This special guest co-host has never hosted a flash chat before, so make sure to come with really annoying and hard questions for him and easy quick ones for me and it'll be a great time!
